What encouraging advice can you give sometime who is wanting to have a new years resolution of not smoking any more weed and really limiting his drinking? Have any words of wisdom to help them out on their journey?

YOU NEED TO REPROGRAM YOUR MIND THROUGH MORE POSITIVE ACTIONS - THINGS THAT CAN SUBSTITUTE THOSE NEGATIVE HABITS - ITS NOT EASY BUT IF YOU ARE COMMITTED TO CHANGE YOU CAN DO IT - I WOULD START OUT WEEKLY AND TRY TO NOT SMOKE AS MANY DAYS THAT WEEK AS I COULD AND LOG IT - SO FIRST WEEK STOP FOR 2 DAYS - THEN 3 - EVENTUALLY YOU ARE GOING A WHOLE WEEK WITH NO SMOKING THEN A MONTH - THEN EVENTUALLY YOU ARE DONE - OR YOU CAN TRY COLD TURKEY BUT THAT WONT STOP THE EMOTIONS THAT ARE LINKED TO WHY YOU ARE SMOKING IN THE FIRST PLACE - YOU NEED TO WORK ON THOSE EMOTIONS - SHIT IS DEEP MAN - GET A COACH IF YOU MUST - SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP YOU DAILY
